One coat takes 4 coats?
A member got in touch with us after they’d used Johnstone’s one coat paint and found it took 4 coats to cover a single wall. Our expert painter and decorator decided to try it out and experienced the same result.
When contacting Johnstone’s he was told it was not a product fault. He was brushed off and that’s when we got involved.
Speaking to someone higher we got the customer care we’d expect and were pleased with the dedication the staff showed to the Johnstone’s brand. They sent a full refund to our painter and decorator which was gratefully received and answered all queries quickly.
