This may seem like an obvious item, but you would be amazed at how many people forget this crucial item. A water bottle will help you stay hydrated throughout your workout without the need for those pesky plastic cups! You can even use an electrolyte packed beverage in your bottle if you prefer.
Shower Essentials
A good shower gel and deodorant is a vital item in any gym bag. After a hectic workout you will be eternally grateful that you packed these two items. We recommend a nice refreshing shower gel to reinvigorate you, and a good 24 hour deodorant to keep you feeling fresh.
Extra Clothing
Having an extra pair of shorts and socks in your gym bag can be an absolute livesaver! They take up a minimal amount of space in your bag and are a saviour if half way to the gym you realise you have forgotten to pack your gym kit.
